A marketplace only works when both sides can trust it.
Here's what we check, what we protect, and what to do if something goes wrong.
What we do
Built in, not bolted on
Protections that run on every booking, whether you rent or host.
Verified vehicles
Before a listing goes live, we check the logbook, insurance and photos against the rules for the host's country. Documents that don't pass are sent back with the reason.
Verified drivers
Every driver needs a valid licence and the right class for the vehicle before they can be assigned to a trip. Chauffeured rentals come with a verified, host-provided driver.
Payments held until the trip
You pay through Autoplug, and the money is held until the trip completes. Hosts are paid afterwards, never before the service is delivered.
Conversations stay on Autoplug
Chat with your host or client inside the app. If a message looks like it's sharing contact details, we warn you before it sends. Deals made off Autoplug lose every protection here.
Two-way reviews
After each trip, both sides can review each other. Ratings are public on listings, so good hosts and good renters build a record.
Real people when it matters
Open a support ticket from your account, or call the local team on weekdays. Booking problems are handled by people in your country.
Your part
Five habits that keep every trip safe
- 1
Only pay through Autoplug, never by direct transfer to a phone number.
- 2
Check the vehicle and driver match the listing before you set off.
- 3
Keep every conversation in the in-app chat, so there's a record if you need help.
- 4
Take photos of the vehicle at pickup and return.
- 5
If anything feels wrong, stop and contact us before continuing.
Something wrong right now?
If anyone is in danger, call the police or emergency services first. Then tell us and we'll help with the booking, the payment and anything that follows.
Read the fine print
What we promise, in full.
