Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Below you'll find everything you need to know about removing your account and data.
Your profile, vehicle listings, booking history, and personal details will be permanently removed from our active databases.
Deletion requests are processed immediately. However, some system backups and transaction logs may persist for up to 30 days for legal compliance.
Irreversible Action
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You will lose access to all active bookings, loyalty rewards, and historical data.
How to proceed with deletion:
Log in to your Autoplug account using the button below.
Navigate to "Profile Settings" in your dashboard.
Select "Delete Account" and confirm the final prompt.
Please include your account email and full name in the subject line. We typically respond within 24-48 business hours.
